Data Deletion Instructions

PubliScope (a product of Grok Media Pvt Ltd) respects your right to delete your data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with your account or your Facebook login.

Option 1 — Email request

Send an email to privacy@publiscope.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account, including:

• your name and organisation;
• the email or platform account used to sign in.

We will verify the request and permanently delete the associated account data, and confirm completion, within 30 days.

Option 2 — Remove app access on Facebook

You can revoke PubliScope's access at any time from your Facebook account:

1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find PubliScope in the list.
3. Select it and choose Remove.

When you remove the app, Facebook notifies us and we delete the data linked to your Facebook login.

What we delete

• Your account profile information (name, email, platform user ID).
• Any settings, saved dashboards and alerts tied to your account.
• Any personal data linked to your login.

Note: aggregated, non-identifying statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
