PubliScope

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 August 2026

These terms govern your use of PubliScope, a service operated by Grok Media Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U73100MH2026PTC467389), whose registered office is at Flat No A1 104, Green Space Residency, Aurangabad, Maharashtra 431001, India, available at publiscope.io. By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page, you agree to them. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Grok Media Private Limited.

1. What the service does

PubliScope takes one live video stream and broadcasts it simultaneously to multiple Facebook Pages that you or your organisation administer. It creates a live video on each connected Page when a broadcast starts, and ends it when the broadcast stops.

2. Who may use it

3. Rules you must follow

Pages must be transparent about who runs them. Connected Pages must not present themselves as independent or unaffiliated when they are in fact operated by, or broadcasting on behalf of, the same organisation. Meta's policies prohibit this, and so do we.

You agree not to use PubliScope to:

You are responsible for everything broadcast through your account, including compliance with election and political advertising law in every jurisdiction where your content is seen.

4. Your account

5. Facebook is a third party

PubliScope depends on Meta's Facebook Graph API. We do not control it. Meta may change, restrict or withdraw access at any time, and may apply its own limits and enforcement to your Pages. We are not responsible for:

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. For scheduled maintenance that affects broadcasting, we will give reasonable notice where practical.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account or organisation if:

Where possible we will explain why and give you a chance to correct it.

8. Fees

Where the service is provided under a paid agreement, the fees, billing period and cancellation terms are set out in that separate agreement. If there is any conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost audience, lost revenue, or loss arising from a broadcast that failed to reach some or all of your Pages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using PubliScope at any time by disconnecting your Pages and deleting your account — see data deletion instructions. Deleting your account does not delete any live videos or recordings already published on your Facebook Pages; you control those from Facebook.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
